I want to thank everyone at Beth Israel for the best care they gave me. Jenny from admissions was sooo nice. The nurses at the Pre-ops waiting room were extremely caring. Chris, my post ops nurse was an Angel. Benvenidos in Phase 2 area was awesome. Everyone I encountered and/or observed was professional, but yet caring. You made me feel comfortable and made a not so good event to a pleasant experience. You guys made every patient as comfortable as you can make them given the circumstances.
