My car was totaled about a week ago and had no where to turn with very limited time to search for a vehicle. I visited the store where I was greeted by my salesman Zach. He was so helpful. They were straightforward with me from the beginning. He sat down with me and went over all my options. We were able to find the car for me that I love! I came in with some serious doubts as to wether or not I could get into a vehicle. My credit isn't great and I didn't have a huge down payment. Chris Donah was amazing. Easy to work with, listened to my needs, and completely exceeded them. The managers/finance dept worked really hard to get me into a vehicle I was happy with and with a payment I could afford. I drove off in a brand new vehicle, without needing a co-signer or thousands to put down. Very happy I chose this dealership.

Zack helped us get to a price we were comfortable with I knew exactly what I wanted and theories it was worth and how much my trade was worth. Everything went smooth until the final inspection and the paperwork. They did not have the car washed when we came to pick it up and the interior had not been cleaned. There was also a nice big paint chip in the driver door and when I asked him about it he said "will this stop you from buying the car and well it's a used car" not asking me if he could do anything to fix the problem. Our family purchased 4 cars from them in the span of 5 years... had pretty good experiences until the last time we went. We told them what our monthly budget was, said we would wait if they couldn't meet that budget... called us to come in and get our new car as they met all our criteria, rushed to get there to sign papers to find out that the payment was just about double our budget. Love jeep and am getting one in a few months but it most definitely will not be at bertera. They lost our family business. ���

DON'T even call these people. They will make an appointment for you, get your number, last name (due to caller Id, bc I never gave them my name or number, or gave them premisson to call me) and make up imaginary info about you! I didn't even get to make it Into this place before they showed me how intrusive they are. When I called the lady said I was interested in an Acura.... I never ever said I was interested in any specific car. So disappointment because I really liked some stuff I saw online, but def won't be shopping he... read more
