"Wow!" I have recently just purchased my first car ever! My sales person was Ryan Breen. I was referred to him by a family member for which I am thankful for because he made my first time buying a car experience at Bertera an extremely easy, enjoyable, and an exciting one to remember.
I bought my last car from Bertera in West Springfield. The sales team was fast and efficient and made sure I got exactly what I wanted at a more then reasonable price. I would highly suggest you make sure you visit this dealership before going anywhere else!

Worst dealership ever. Had warranty work done on my car struts and a main seal. No problems with the car running wise before this. Car has broke down over 8 times since we've got it back do to engine failure. My car has bin in there shop 4 times for the same problem but they can't figure it out.... So if your going in to get maintenance work done your better off handing a wrench to a toddler, than these so called "certified mechanics". Unless you really enjoy exercising in freezing rain.
Traveled from the cape to trade my car in for a grand Cherokee and could not have had a better experience!! Everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating and had me in and out in no time! I am absolutely obsessed with my new car!
sales manager very rude. very childish after deciding the car they had wasn't exactly the one for me. Told him I didn't like dealing with him but the sales person roberto was fantastic and he said there's the door - so I used it - for the last time
