This place is dreadful...my car is in shop for a month and they still haven't told me what's wrong with it. Was told 11 days ago they had 4 hours of labor to diagnose. Still no call back and now they won't answer the phone. Avoid at all costs

Couldn’t select zero stars, so I had to give one. Bought a car from Bertera, with only one key and no owner’s manual. Was then told I could pay nearly $500 for both of them if I wanted to. Flash forward eight months: sitting in their service department for TWO hours so they could replace ONE fluid in the car, for which I’ll be charged over $200. Purchased 3 new cars from this dealer in the past 10 years. Recently had a 2016 Jeep with 54000 miles in for a misfire issue. Diagnosis 2 bad coil's. Will take a week to get. I said, wow 2 bad coil's, and a week without a car. I asked for a substitute car seeing the parts were not available and we have been such good customers. The response was no cars were available. I said, all them cars and you can't find 1 for a good customer? No, none available. Guess what..... No problem, last car we ever purchase from Bertera. Bye bye... read more

They were professional and respectful from start to finish. They made the process easy and fast and I would highly recommend them to others looking for the same experience. I’ve purchased vehicles before at other dealerships and also helped others through the whole process, even at other major/competing dealerships. This was a good experience, not the best by any means but i got exactly the vehicle & package that i wanted. My only complaint is that i did have to spend the entire day there, but such is life when making major purchases.
