Recently purchased my vehicle with Bertera and had an amazing experience. I wish zero stars was an option. I was sold a car with bad struts in November. I had two back tires blow out and both sets were worn to the wire after just a few months of being on the car. The mechanic says there’s no way Bertera didn’t know the struts were bad. Now it’s costing me over a thousand dollars for struts and I’m on my second set of tires and I’m being told they will fight me if I submit the bill to them because it’s over 90 days. Just purchased a new Grand Cherokee from Bertera. I knew exactly what I was looking for and even though they didn’t have it available on their lot, they were able to locate the perfect vehicle and had it available to pick up the very next day. Both Chris and Mark were very professional, knowledgeable, and I never felt pressured. It was overall a great experience and they got me into the exact vehicle I was looking for.
