Just another typical used car lot. Speak to some kid for 3 days, assures me the car is there, I actually get a loan to pay for it and the day I go to pick it up the kid says it was sold. Note that this dealership is 2 hours away from civilization. So I talk to the manager. He tells me the reason the car was sold was because the kid "deserves a day off". Rui, Dave Krause and John Lewis provided excellent service. I brought my car into the collision center and was immensely happy with the service�. The car was ready when they said, it was beautiful. They cleaned my car, buffed out all the surface scratches and even cleaned the interior! I highly recommend Bertera in West Springfield!!!!! I would go there again in a heartbeat!
