I would avoid this place at all costs. I have always had extremely long waits when I have come to get my oil changed, easily 1 or more hours. But recently, I have had more severe issues. Earlier this year, I had problems with my 2020 Jeep not starting. Luckily, I was able to get a ride to work that morning. Horrible Experience. Went in for oil change and 4 wheel alignment. 3 1/2 hrs and the alignment was off. Went back and waited another 3 hrs. for the proper alignment to be completed. That was the good part of the experience. The bad was when an unknown employee started screaming at me that I was lying about waiting for my car for over 7 hrs. TOOk my 2013 dodge ram with 27,678 for recalls.i drop off to spoke with Brian,at front desk, said he will call me when done. get call, that I have issues that need attention.
