I can't say enough good things about Bertera!! I bought a jeep from an amazing salesperson named Jimmy. He was honest, professional and very accommodating. Jimmy made sure every step of the way was smooth and I was completely happy. I highly recommend this dealership. They are different from all the rest which is what makes them the place to go!! Do not give the service department your business ! I was lied to and misled into spending a ridiculous amount on front brakes . I told them I wasn't interested and not to do any work. I arrive to pick up my car and hear the total $. I almoSt fainted . My service rep tells me I just have "misunderstood " because the work was already done . Liar. I just bought my 2016 jeep patriot latitude from these guys. I love it! They were all so helpful. My salesman Ryan was great, found me the perfect jeep with everything I wanted in it. We just purchased our second vehicle from bertera and can't say enough about how pleased we are. Our salesman Chris Donah was absolutely splendid.
