The buying part was smooth and easy but dealing with the headache of the lemon they sold me and won't fix isn't worth it don't buy what they're selling there service department is in helpful and I'm always greeted with an attitude.
A week ago I went out to start shopping for a used minivan. I visited 7 dealerships before this one and didn't find anything I liked/could afford. When I drove up to the dealership, there was a sales rep waiting right at the door ready to help me. George found me exactly what I was looking for and for an amazing price, too. I recently bought myself a birthday gift in May and this is the 3RD time my truck has been there.. my truck WILL b fixed this time 'guaranteed' we will see.. if it's not, my french/Irish temper WILL come out...

First of all I want to know where my review from yesterday is, someone had to have takes it down. I will be sending reviews to Kelly Blue Book, Consumer Reports, Goggle any place I can to warn people about the shady dealings at Bertera.
