You always find out how good of customer service a company has when something goes wrong. Well after being assured numerous times that "we're here to work for you" I thought all was well. I was sadly mistaken. After 1 day of my newly purchased vehicle being parked in my driveway, my rear windshield shattered after using my rear defroster for the first time. I have nothing but positive comments about my experience thus far at Bertera. I called on Monday 1/13/14 and told Igor Palegi exactly what I was looking for and that I had a very strict budget that I could not exceede. Well he mentioned a few vehicles and showed me a 2006 Honda Odessey mini van, I was skeptical that it would be in my budget but took it for a test drive anyway. Bought a used vehicle here in May and didn't expect perfection. Experienced an exhaust leak within 3 days after pick up. Brought it back and they fixed it but charged me a deductible for a warranty fix of $100. Spoke with my salesperson and the location manager and they assured me a refund check. Almost a year later and I am still waiting. Worst after sale service that I have ever experienced.
