har a quote to repair my truck and whe i piched up my truck the bill was $350 more than the written quote. the service writer megan lied to me about the price. how can you give a guote that you agree with and then get charged more when you pick up your truck . never again will i have work done at this place or buy a car there .they are crooks
Simply put this place sucks. They lie about what repairs are needed, staff is rude. Technician don’t know how to diagnose properly. Over all the worst place to take your vehicle.
I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and had a very mixed experience. Let’s start with the positives — Alexis was AWESOME. She kept it very real — no fake sales pitch, no pressure — and I really appreciated that in a salesperson. I genuinely enjoyed working with her and would recommend her to absolutely anyone. I was just informed my lifetime oil change service will no longer be honored. I will never buy a vehicle from Golling ever again and will be letting everyone know that they offer something then take it away. Crooks
Do not trust Bobby and Patrick to discuss the deal openly. I paid cash for my Jeep and was surprised when they charged for 2 years of Paint & Interior Protection 7/3/2027 $499.00, 2 years of Traceable Theft Protection 7/3/2027 $399.00, and 2 years of LoJack (GPS) 7/3/2027 $699.00. Aeromis, service advisor, who assisted me with my Fiat repair worked hard to ensure my Fiat was fixed properly by communicating my needs to the mechanic. They helped fix my daytime running light with a replacement part with corresponding wire. Now, my car is running properly now. Thank you!
It was time to replace my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, so I stopped in at Homan/Ripon to see what they had to offer on their lot. Paul Trochinski/Sales Manager listened intently to what I was looking for, and I scheduled a time to meet with him a couple days later. My wife bought a 2024 Jeep Alpine in August 2024. We went to file our taxes and did not get the tax credit for her EV Jeep. My wife has called serval times to get the proper paperwork from the dealership and has been given the run around. She has been sent to serval different departments and all she is told we don't do that. Worst service I ever got anywhere. I took my car in to have the transmission checked. Called to get status day 5. They said they were short mechanics. Called day 9. They said they were working on it. Called day 13. Could not get a person until went through sales office. Straight to voice mail otherwise. They were ignoring my calls. 13 days and car was not even looked at. Day 14, I took my car back. DO NOT GO HERE! Had my car for 14 days, nothing looked at and they do not communicate. Too bad I can't give no stars.
