Awful experience, bought a brand new truck 7k miles later bring it in for its first oil change and the mechanic somehow blew my transmission. They sent me to enterprise for a loner truck it took 2 weeks and out of nowhere I get billed 250 dollars from enterprise because bertera didn’t authorize it. So you blow my transmission and then I need to pay for my rental. The customer service is terrible, Carlos the service manager is the absolute most unprofessional person I’ve ever met. The kid at the service desk, named Isaiah, was awesome. Very nice and quiet and kind and helpful. But the rest of that place, good lord what a shit show!!!! It’s like being in Walmart!!!! And what’s the point of having an appointment anyway? 4 1/2 hours after my appointment was scheduled I finally got out of there.
Just purchased my 3rd vehicle in less then 2 years from Bertera Jeep... would highly recommend their wonderful salesmen and customer service!! Mark M. has gone out of his way to make this a wonderful experience and a special thanks to Chris one of the managers for helping me... yet again!
I bought a 2017 compass brand new and have had nothing but problems... with a horrible monthly rate. Every time I bring it back for the problems Bertera “cannot duplicate it” and somehow charges me $150 for something that’s still wrong when I leave their parking lot.
Communication was lacking, promises were made that the seller wasn’t sure of before making the promise. Don’t get me wrong he was nice, he just was not good about getting back to people. I blame the lack of communication on the entire facility of employees. The finance manager was nicest efficient and I had no problem at all with him. I did end up with the car I wanted, I just haven’t gotten my spare tire yet, nor have I gotten a reply on when it’s going to happen. Really not cool... Company sent me a blank ominous looking envalope stating "important information enclosed" with the return address simply stating "Dept of accounting." Opened up what looked to be an important letter to find a sketchy offer for buying or leasing a car. Not only was I not considering buying a car through you guys in the first place, but I will actively be telling others about this sketchy ass means of trying to find random new customers �
