Was sold a lemon by this dealer and now being ignored , emailed sales manager Mr Lewis and service manager Mr Englishman well over a week ago with no response and Chrysler isn’t doing much to fix the situation. If you look up the problem it is a known issue with this vehicle! I now have a musty smelling car and the inside windshield is always wet when I get in my car. I’ve taken my van here for years and I’ve had minor issues until i recently took my van here for an issue that i was told was completely covered under warranty, after they installed the part they called and said there was actually a $100 fee they overlooked. The kept calling me so i paid the fee but then called the manager to discuss my frustration and he unprofessionally argued with me that i should have known it wasn’t going to be free and he wasn’t going to eat $100 because i didn’t read paperwork.
