This place completely took advantage of me, as I am a 22 year old woman. I drove 2 hours from Boston to give them paystubs and they already knew I wasn't approved for the car I originally signed off on and then they picked out a car for me that could work, instead of allowing me to look at other options myself. They were only interested in getting rid of the ugliest car in the lot. Terrible service, manipulative, and coercive.
Service department is terrible, had to fight to sell my wrangler back lemon law due to the incompetence of the service department. There is a reason people say "friends don't let friends buy from Bertera".
