A little over a month ago I bought my dream car a 2018 Honda Civic Si from them! I just purchased a 2017 Patriot at Bertera. My sales person Hilary was great through the whole process. I left a couple of items in my trade in, told her it wasn’t that important but she retrieved them on her day off. I purchased the extended warranty and hope things continue to go as smoothly if there are any issues with the vehicle.
