Jillian!!!!!!!!! – Okay, so I had to write a review about Jillian, and how amazing she is!!!!!!! I am of African American and Irish decent( bi-racial), and she does an amazing job with perfectly blowing out, and cutting my mixed textured hair. She is really nice, and professional. Always on time, and consistant. Im ALWAYS happy. Great hair stylist:)

Love this place! – I have been going to the Phoenix salon for about a year to get my eyebrows done, and I must say, I have been extremely happy with the service. This is the best my eyebrows have ever looked, Harriet is amazing. The staff is very friendly at the Phoenix and can not help you enough. The salon itself is spotless and has a welcoming feel to it. I look forward to trying out other services, such as the spa!

Great Haircut for men! – Nicole Colavita cut my hair today! On e of the best haircuts I have had in a long time. I am going to make this my new spot going forward. They have coffee while you wait and the staff is very friendly.

Great Experience!! – Overall great experience. Received a spa finder gift certificate for Christmas and decided to upgrade and make a full day out of it. Was discouraged at first because of a communication error that confirmed my appointment for 3 PM when it was for 1 PM. I realized this error the day of the appt at 12:45 PM. Here that was just for the mani/pedi. I decided to keep the appoitment and go anyway. Once I arrived I was very impressed. I was treated as if I was the only client there. simply amazing – This spa is heads and tails above the rest. Being an avid lover of receiving massages (smile), i was truly impressed with the facility, the atmosphere, the customer-focused staff, and the professionalism and skill of the masseuse, Augustine. Omg...Augustine is amazing! I wish i had scheduled for a longer period of time. he was truly awesome and very helpful with advice for maintaining my relaxation. Great Philly Salon and Spa – This is a great salon and spa for just about every service. I get my hair done regularly here but also have had massages and facials and I'm always pleased!

Augustine you made my day!! – My five stars should say it all. I went to get a massage with Augustine today and had the most incredible experience. I must say this has been the BEST massage I have ever had. He is very knowledgeable, uses great pressure but is sensitive to your comfort level/pain tolerance. I would normaly type a longer review, but I am too busy feeling relaxed to write more. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long while. :)...Although I live in NJ, you can be sure Augustine....I'll be back!!!

Janine Fyne at the Phoenix is a great hair stylist! – Janine Fyne has been my hair stylist for many years.
