Talented staff – Ameilia has been styling and coloring my hair for 3 years. She is quite the perfectionist and I am always more than satisfied with the end result. Allow for plenty of time. There is no rushing here. Enjoy the down time and relax!
I am happy everytime! – I started going to Phoenix about 5 years ago and have been a loyal Jennie customer ever since. I have curly thick hair and I could not find a stylist that did my hair justice until I found Jennie. She knows exactly what I like and introduced me to my new love, Keratin Hair Treatments. She's also fun to talk to and extremely talented. I also highly recommend their massages and facials!
Outstanding! – The Pheonix Salon and Spa is located in Center City, Philly. I just started going to this salon several months ago and Carlos is my stylist. Outstanding Service/s and Outstanding Hair Design – Jackie is the main stylist for my hair. I have been going to Jackie for appx. 4-5 years. She has a great eye for color, gives percision cuts and is a great person to chat with while relaxing at the salon getting my hair done. She is friendly, accomdating, professional and very talented. I also go to the Phoenix for my nail and waxing services. The entire staff is warm, professional, responsive and enormously talented.
Carlos and the whole staff is terrific – I've been to many salon's. About four years ago I started going to the Phoenix. Carlos and his team are a great group of people. You can tell him what you like, and what you don't like. Easy to talk to, and they do a wonderful job.
Great Salon with Skilled Personnel and Beautiful Ambiance – When I moved to Philadelphia from New York 4 years ago, I tried several upscale salons, that never got my hair color or cut right. Talent and customized service – I have been having my hair cut and colored by Jillian Smith at the Phoenix for about a year. The salon is convenient to the train, and is warm and welcoming. Everyone has been courteous and professional. But it's about the hair! I have NEVER been happier with my hair --both cut and color. Jillian is an artist, and she really listens to her clients. The whole experience is great and I highly recommend it!
Amelia is a rockstar! – Location: Very convenient in center city, close walk from the comcast center, suburban station, and love park! Stylist: I have being going to Amelia for almost 3 years now and she is wonderful. The overall color, highlights, cut, and style are consistent and fabulous! She also provides advice on anything from upkeep to future suggestions and changes. I am extremely happy with Amelia and her flexibility with schedule.
