Janine is fabulous! – Janine is fabulous. I always love my haircut and the highlights I receive are so natural. I especially like the service. I never have to wait and the service is excellent from the minute I walk in the door until I walk out.
Augustine is the best!! – I have had many massages over the years; but, Augustine is most definitely the best! His training is quite unique in that Tai Chi and Qi Gong philosophy are part of his method of neuromuscular integration. I have had scoliosis reconstruction surgery with fusion and instrumentation and I have discouraged any massage therapists from touching my back. Maybe the best massage of all time! – I'm almost afraid to write a glowing review so I can keep this hidden gem all to myself but Augustine at Phoenix Salon + Spa is extraordinary. Staff is friendly, spa is soothing and Augustine is seriously the best massage therapist I've ever been to.
Great salon! – Carlos did a great job on my hair. I asked him for a blow out and a trim. My salon experience started out with a great shampoo and neck massage! Then finished with a great hairstyle. Thanks. I will definitely be back!
Augustine at Phoenix is AMAZING – I cannot say enough wonderful things about Augustine at The Phoenix in Philly - and cannot wait to go back. Highly Recommend – I was to Phoneix Salon this past Tuesday evening and I had a fabulous experience. I saw Karlos for a haircut. Upon arrival for my 5:30pm haircut, I was greeted by a friendly and non pushy staff who made me feel very welcome. Karlos was not only great, but really listened to what I wanted, which I find very important. Best cut & color – I finally found a stylist who gets that hair is a business. After going through 5 hair people in the city I finally found the one. Bruce Dubois is the best. He is ALWAYS on time and I am in and out in an hour or less. He can do cuts AND color and I have never been so happy! His is a rare find in a city full of salons.
great salon for all your needs – I received a gift certificate for this salon, and used it for a haircut that was given to me from Bruce. He used a color glaze and it made my hair shine and conditioned. I love the haircut also. His assistant Christina was excellent with blowdrying and flat ironing my hair. The staff Kristyn, Sylwia, and Nina were very professional and sweet. Overall a great experience. Looking forward to additional treatments!!
