Great Salon – I have tried numerous salons in the city, but have never found one that I have been willing to go back to. Amelia had great ideas of what to do wtih my hair and I have been extremely happy and plan on going back in 4weeks.
New kid on the block – I just moved to Philadelphia and a friend recommended the Phoenix. He didn't steer me wrong. I've gotten great cuts, color and just did a girls day with my girlfriends. The staff is friendly and terrific!
Wonderful Salon & Spa!! – I've been going to Jackie at the Phoenix Salon & Spa for about 4 years now and love her (and the salon). She is the best and I have never left with a style I didn't love!! I loved her so much I recommended my mother too and she looks amazing! Great service and attention to customers – Bruce, my stylist at the Phoenix, is the best! He pays attention to your needs, remembers the names of your children, and does great work. He takes time to ensure the cut or color are just right and the customer is happy. I love that the parking is valet and low cost! There are plenty of places nearby for lunch. Customer service is important. This salon has clearly trained the staff to be both professional, friendly, and attentive. If you want to be doted on, this is the place.
Great Salon – I've been going to Amelia at Phoenix Salon and Spa for about 2 years now. She's the first hairdresser I've had in a long time who recommends and creates a great style for me. She got my color just the way I like it on the first try and it's been perfect ever since! The salon itself is great - very professional and friendly. They sell high quality products and are always pleasant. I love this salon!
I had a massage and it was okay, a little bit too hard. Even after saying so. So I had some bruising the next day. I love Cati when she gives pedicure! The absolute best. If you can get her to give you a good soak your in business. If you are a couple minutes late she will rush you and if she is ready to go you can be given a really quick not so satisfying pedicure. But she is very good and very friendly and a blast to talk to!
Fantastic! – I have been going to the Phoenix Salon and Spa for over a year now and Carlos does amazing work with my hair and makeup. I have dyed my hair, cut my hair, and Carlos always makes it look perfect. He has also done my hair and make up for Prom and other special occasions, and he really does at the perfect touch!
Great Place!! – Great customer service and very friendly. Amelia is amazing for mens and womens haircuts. i have gone to many establishments to try and get a good cut, but was always dissatisfied until i went to Amelia. She listens and will do exactly what i ask, and isnt afraid to speak her mind if something wouldnt work. I suggest her to anyone who needs a haircut, young and old!
