The entire experience was excellent from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left. I had a facial with Stacey first. Great massage – Augustine Lodise at Phoenix just gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. He has a holistic approach to massage that I value. Deep tissue massage can hurt a bit, but I felt GREAT afterwards. I've already scheduled another...

Love the Brazilian Wax – I was in the market for a new spa to do my brazilian wax because I moved and my previous spa was no longer accessible. I stumbled onto the Phoenix and I'm never leaving! My aesthician Stacy is amazing! She answers all of my questions, and between the two of us we have enough random conversation to take the uncomfortableness out of the brazilian. Best Hair Salon – Bruce is the best hair colorist and stylist I have ever been to! I have been to many other hair colorists/ stylists in the city, and by far he is the BEST. I showed him a photo of the color and style I liked, and he made my hair look BETTER than the photo! He treated my hair like gold! Deep Tissue Massage – I had terrible leg, hip and lower back pain. The pain was so bad that I could not walk and had a horrible limp. A friend recommended that I go to Augustine Lodise for a deep tissue massage. It was my first time getting a massage. Augustine explained everything that was going to happen and answered my questions. He really helped the muscle problems I was having and it was a great overall experience. Ask for Bruce – I am writing to comment on the terrific staff at Phoenix Salon. . . everyone is really great and top notch pro's. Last month I experienced Bruce and his assistant Ashley who 'rescued' my haircolor and cut, and left me feeling great. I'm about to go back for additional color services and a brazilian blowout texture treatment. Finding a salon and staff you can trust is not easy, so I recommend the Phoenix. Bruce is the creative director, and I had a great service.

Ask for Stacy at the Phoenix – If you are in need of a refreshing facial, painless wax (aren't we all) or just a great conversation, call up the Phoenix and ask for Stacy. I've never had a more enjoyable Brazilian (which is saying something—this lady is tallenttedd!) or a more rejuvenating facial! She really knows her stuff. And she's an all-around sweetheart to boot. Spa is located just north of 16th and JFK so it's easily accessible from the financial district or anywhere in Center City.

Best wax in the city! – I've been to Phoenix Spa a few times now for a bikini wax with Danielle, she is amazing!! The spa is professional, clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The wax itself is the best I've had in the city and I'll continue to keep going back to Danielle!
