Fabulous – I always love going to the Phoenix Salon and Spa. The employees are great. Everyone is so friendly, and they always greet me and offer me a beverage or snack. Also, they are really good at keeping things on schedule. They never double-book appointments and it is rare that I have to wait more than a few minutes for my appointment to begin. WORST SERVICE – I stopped by The Phoenx to pick up a hair product and waited over 5 minutes while the front desk man, Mark, talked with another person. I assumed the person was a customer checking out so I waited patiently. Once the person at the counter walked away, it was apparent that the person was actually an employee! I advised Mark that I had been waiting and that I could not understand why I was not greeted and waited upon. He promptly advised me that I should have stepped up to the counter. Review for Phoenix Salong and Spa – I've had facials before, but Danielle is the best. She listened to my concerns and put me completely at ease. I was so relaxed by the end of the treatment and my face felt so soft. I will definitely be back.
Heaven On Earth!!! – Whenever I need to escape and relax, no one can administer a deep tissue massage like Augustine Lodise!!! He truly has miracle hands!!! Not only that, he educate you on how to relax and enjoy life! He was at a previous salon and thank God I found him at Phoenix! Bruce DuBois – by KPS at Citysearch I have been going to Bruce for over 14 years. His talent with color is amazing. Bruce and Ashley – Bruce has been my colorist for many years and is the best colorist in the area. I know that when I leave the salon my hair will look terrific. His experience and expertise are second to none! Bruce is very knowledgeable about the latest coloring techniques, is aware of what is "in" and what works/will not work for his clients. Best Massage - Ever – I have had the opportunity to have several deep tissue massages with Augustine. These are the best treatments I have ever received. No matter how stressed out I am, physically & mentally, I feel relaxed and calm after a treatment.
Really enjoyed my experience at Phoenix Salon. Carlos listens to his clients to cut and color and adds his recommendations for a great result.Everyone is friendly and makes you feel welcome.
