This is ridiculous! Their website states that they ship in 24 hours, with a maximum of 4 business days. Fast forward 1 week & an email later & no response & order still waiting fulfillment. Shipping is already ridiculous! I’ve placed 2 orders from 2 separate companies since then & ive gotten both while they’re fiddling their thumbs with 5 items. Only ordered after an old YouTube video & I wish I would have found this page 1st because they sure don’t advertise it on their website!

They have really good prices on the merchandise but the shipping was so expensive that it made the prices not any better than any other online site. Sad. I even contacted them via instant chat and asked if there was a coupon or if they could discount the shipping and the answer was no. So I canceled my almost $150 order. Too bad
I have ordered from them more than once. I ordered the wrong size ribbons and sent them back immediately. It’s been a month and they won’t refund my money.
The products are good quality and at a very low price. I recommend it.
I ordered on the 22nd and paid a whole lot extra for 2 day shipping because I NEEDED it quickly. Given that the next day was Thanksgiving I did not count that day. It is now the 25th and my order shows as awaiting fulfillment. I had better get a REFUND on the the 2 day shipping charge - $20.00 extra. There is NO phone number to get a hold of them
BBcrafts use to be a great place to by fabric, but not anymore. I have brought tulle from them for years and their shipping has always been a set price of $6.95 ( basic shipping) no matter how many Items you ordered. Now it seems they are pulling thier shipping prices out of the air. Not only do they charge you shipping for each item, the shipping prices seems to change all the time.
