I ordered from them on April 25th, paid EXTRA for 5 business day delivery, here it is May 5th and no delivery. tried to blame it on USPS, I work for USPS, NO USPS does not have the package in there system. BBCrafts keep shipping it around between their. "independent" shipping company. having to jump through hoops the cancel package and get a refund. wont refund my shipping which I paid extra for, since I did not receive package in that time frame. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND THEM
I ordered 30 dollars worth of materials. It got damaged in transit and amazon sent the package back to sender. I have confirmed this with amazon. I have tried emailing several times with just a robot email back. super disappointed!
I placed an order for 2 bolts of white tulle. I received a tracking number with DHL, but they say it is not a valid tracking number. It is now two days late to be received and I can’t get anyone to take a phone call or answer the online live chat tool and it appears this is a consistent problem with this company. They have my money and I have no merchandise. I can’t do an online refund without the merchandise.This company appears to be nothing but a scam I do not recommend them.
Refund peoples money back if you don't send them there order.
I would order but the shipping is insane to get it to Alberta Canada, so thats what keeps me from ordering,

I had an order for a client. I order what I need it and I was expecting to get my order 7-10 days. the day I received my order I find out they didnt sent me the mesh I order. I only got 4 of the 5 I order. there in the box there was an invoice letting me know they didnt have it so they refund me $5 when I paid almost $8. I wanted all this days for my order just to not get the one I need it. contacted customers support and they said they couldn't do nothing about it. bad costumer service for sure.
