Ordered sixty 16 Inch wire wreath forms. The picture looks just like the ones I’ve ordered from many other places and like the stores sell. They arrived and they are 3/4 inch narrower where the 4 wires join and they are almost flat. Took forever trying to find a phone number, and no one would call me from the numerous emails I sent them. I would not recommend this company, They sent me the wrong color. 😠
I ordered deco mesh from this company and while the delivery was prompt, the quality and condition of the mesh was less than appealing. First off the mesh on the two 21 inch rolls was off the rolls on one end. Large jagged cut on the end and this white mesh looks yellow or dirty in color. I couldn’t honestly recommend this company with a good conscience. I ordered two different colors, obviously different Colors by name and picture. But I received the exact same color. I reached out to bbcrafts and was told because the UPC says that it's a different color they refuse to do anything about it. Even though the pictures that I sent them clearly shows that these two separate items are exactly the same. I placed my order last Thursday. BBcrafts took the money out of my account. I still haven't received my order. You got your money. Wherei is my order.
They could start by not telling me I don't know the difference between navy and royal blue (which I ordered) What I received was nothing like what is shown on their website as royal. I even sent pics and compared to another royal blue. Non-existent customer service - even by the owner. THEN they removed my review from their website. So much for "verified reviews", only the positive ones. I paid for expedited shipping even. No, it's not a bunch of money, only $15.70, but the principle.
