Ordered previously no problem. Same item two times. masks $69.00 Good quality. This time they are poor quality and not at all what I ordered. smaller, cheaper and has made in China written on the cheek and that looks ridiculous. The ear loops cut into the back of your ears because they are extremely small.Do not trust this company.
Worst company ever! I waited 2 weeks for my order and when I checked on it they said my order was cancelled. I never cancelled my order! Customer service was not helpful AT ALL! They told me to just place my order again!
Does not respond to emails. Phone is not answered, says "phone system under maintenance " at all times. Misidentifies colors of products. Will NOT use this company again, ever!
customer services is lacking. got email that my packaged was delivered there is link to report not recieving package so went to link sent to email so i sent with order number in subject line their response is need order number thank you for emailing. so did chat and emailed again they cant help you with missing package. So why have a link to report if they cant do nothing.

I love LOVE this store. I think I placed a 2 large orders just last month and one just this month. Everything is perfect. From the colors to the quality. I read somewhere that the box it came in that it was all ripped. Mine always come in perfect conditions. I guess they’re gonna have to be dealing with me from now on because I’ll probably become a regular client 😊😊
Worst customer service for their error! Shorted one item that is out of stock yet no refund. They admitted it was missing.... Sent 2 the color is nothingblike the description or picture and they are no help with return. Buy ANYWHERE else. unethical company!
