I'm am so unhappy with this company. It took 4 days to fill my order & it arrived too late. When I asked about returning they are going to charge me a 20% stocking fee. I will not be ordering from them again
Ordered chair ties that said 10 pieces in each pack. And only 5 pieces came in the pack. Needed the them for an event. I had to purchase them from another company and pay for overnight shipping in order to get them to use.
BUYER BEWARE>>>>>>Please note you only have 15 days to return items and since the orders do not arrive properly you cannot return. I will not be using this company again. I work with another supplier that allows 1 year on returns. I do not expect that much time but cannot order and receive the items within the time frame to return.
Just received my order I placed only 4 days ago! I was shocked at the awesome quality and super low prices of the mesh! I will definitely be ordering again and referring you to my fellow crafters!
Ordered ribbon on the 16th said it shipped them B.B. CANCELLED order. Frustrated that you all don’t have a phone! Well you do but you won’t take a call. Sent email we will see how long it takes them. Very frustrating!
I ordered 8/9 rolls of mesh. I couldn't believe the prices and I didn't mind the shipping cost either (under $20). I can get my money's worth at BBCrafts, then trying to save up coupons for Hobby Lobby and Michaels or waiting for a sale. I will most definitely be ordering from BBCRAFTS again real soon!
I just received a large order and couldn't be happier. I'm truly amazed at the quality of the deco mesh and trims I purchased. The shipping was extremely fast. Will order again soon���
