I placed an order online last week and it still doesn't show up that I ordered anything
I ordered from BBCrafts 10/03/16. Last week, 10/23/16, I called to see where my order was. I received half the order. Stephanie told me I had to wait another week, as it showed it was in transit- which was a lie. I called 11/01/16 and was told by Stephanie that I had to call Fed Ex with tracking number- which was a lie! Fed Ex told me BBCrafts had to do it- so as I wasted my morning doing their job. Let's see if I actually get my $116.00 back! Very disgusted!
Shipping was a bit slow (took 11 days from order to delivery, even though I paid extra for Fedex Ground), but the prices are the best that I have found and the quality seems really good. I would order again.
I have ordered from this company for years, and have just had my first BAD experience!!!! Ordered 10/12, was told on Monday everything was in stock and ready to ship. Today, was told ribbon had been PRE ORDERED, and came in today. Shipping Fed EX, and not expected to be delivered till 10/25. Priority mail would be cheaper and faster!!!! I asked them what has happened there, but now answer!!!!!!!
Ordered my products almost a week ago and they just started the shipping process they should be here in a week update if that happens. At least I ordered this a head of time
Worst customer service! Ordered a week ago, product just shipped. Won't be here until next week and needed for this! Tried to contact live support only to be pushed off. Warehouse closed all last week but no notification! Plenty of ribbon dealers out now...it's a shame because they used to be awesome!
This place is HORRIBLE!!! They are a "partner" company of the Tulle Shop and their customer service is just as bad. They do not ship in a timely manner and the quality of their tulle is bad (short rolls, holes every couple of yards). "Andrew" from their chat is a joke; ask a question about your order or why it is taking so long to ship and they will threaten to cancel your order.
Horrid, unprofessional place. They insisted I change my browser to order. I hope my credit card info is safe, but if not I have their information and will report them to my credit card company. Can't believe this place can stay in business!!
Also had a bad experience, refuse to refund money, returning in timely manner. They are scamming people for their money. I order chair sashes for wedding and not color or item I order. Try to return, I was told can't get my money back, they take 20% from the subtotal, and do not refund ship and handling. Poor business. People please be aware of who you do business with.
