Total Rip offs!! DO NOT ORDER from this company if you need something on time!! I ordered for my son's wedding paid extra to have it delivered a week before I needed it only for it not to arrive on time! They will NOT refund me and say delivery is NOT guaranteed. I repeat do not order from this irresponsible company!!
If you are looking for a one-time order and do not plan to use this company as a continuous source for supplies, then I would recommend them. If you have a business and are buying items to use in your business (repeat orders), you will most likely experience the following issues: 1) POOR customer service, 2) items frequently out of stock, 3) do not expect colors to match what you previously received, nor can you ask them to help you match colors - they don't care! Being frustrated that there is only one small fabric store left in a city of over 90,000 and it is basically a quilt store but does not sell any 1/16 th satin ribbon, I spent some time online. I could not find the brand I used to use (maybe they are out of business) I ran across BB Crafts and decided to give them a try.
