I love bb crafts, I make mesh wreaths, only problem is my own not ordering early enough. ..
The customer service was EXCELLENT! I ordered 4 bolts of tulle and instant chatted askling if I would receive my order by the following week or if I should express ship? I was told no need to express that I would receive it in time. I received my tulle bolts 2 days later! I will definitely recommend and continue to order!

Dishonest company.....takes money paid EXTRA for 3 day shipping and then doesn't even send it for 3 days....takes 6 days to get it it!!!!! HORRIBLE customer service.....and for a company who "doesn't work on Saturdays and Sunday"..... how did you decide to rudely email me back on Sunday.....A DAY YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO BE CLOSED!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! VERY DISHONEST AND LIES!!!!!!

I just received my 1st order from BB Crafts and I am delighted. I ordered 4 spools of the 6" x 100 yd. white tulle and 2 100 yd spools of 1/8" satin ribbon. The tulle is fantastic with a nice stiffness for bow making and other crafting and the ribbon is excellent. And the price for all cannot be beat! Thank you.

How do I contact BBCRAFTS? I ordered some tulle last week and it's not showing up on recent orders. I tried the chat now and noting happens. My order was less than $100. because they were out of the colors I ordered. So does that mean I won't get the other items I ordered??
