I just ordered samples of several things and have not received yet so I don't know about the quality. I do know that not only did they put a hold on my card when I ordered, they also held the same amount when the items were shipped. The charge was being held twice. One of the amounts probably would have come off in time (5 days), but I called the card company to delete one of the charges. What a disapointment. I planned on ordering lots more stuff.
I wish I had read the comments on facebook before I had placed my order! Looks like what was a good site with good customer service 12 months ago has gone to crap! Very hard to comment on customer service when there is none!
Horrible service. Ordered a product, got an email 2 hours later stating the item was out of stock. Why have a option to buy when its not in stock. My business is taking a hit due to this.
