I had my Ford 250 serviced at Baytown Ford, for regular oil and filter change. My Service advisor was Stanley Forbes, he was very attentive and helpful! He knew exactly what I needed according to my service contract! Everyone there was very friendly! Thanks guys keep up the good work!!
Found a car we liked, had an appointment and drove 2 hours to see it and they sold it before we got there and didn’t bother to tell us!
l bought my dad's 1988 Lincoln Town Car in for brakes and a oil change. They did a great job. They have always took care of me. They got high Mark's for taking care of my dads pride and joy

Spent 30 minutes looking at vehicles today and was never even greeted. This is why we always buy from Friendly Ford. Worst customer service I've ever experienced between sales and service I've had in the past.
