they could honor ford company warranties and not tell a customer to go somewhere else because they dont like the customer i thought a manager was there to solve problems with the customers and treat them nicely not be rude and tell them to go somewhere else to get their car fixed !!!!

RecommendedI had my oil changed there Thursday and I got right in and didn’t have to wait long until my car was done. The lobby is very nice with snacks and drinks and a TV plus plenty of comfy seating. I’ve always taken my cars to a drive thru oil change but going to Baytown Ford was a very nice experience.
