They are incompetent. They lost the key to my car. Sent me home with a new un-programmed key. Caused me multiple trips to the dealership, unpaid time off from work, and nothing was ever done to my car. And I was only going there for a diagnosis.

If your ever find a key to a 70k truck on a bumper. Just leave it there, don't take it out of the rain or hide it, so the wrong people don't find it. All you'll get is a thank you and a click. Didn't even ask why I was there on a Sunday looking at vehicles.
My 2018 Escape needs a new motor after 30,000 miles !!! June 11 the dealer stated it’s a reoccurring problem with this motor and will take 2 weeks to replace..A month later July 17 they stated Ford will not send a new motor for another several more weeks.. the Ford customer service advocate I called today said there is no problems with that particular engine and they see nothing in the system that my car is even in for service!!!! If you are looking for some honest, easy to work with guys, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. We let made a deal with them and asked where to send the deposit and prepared to fly down there and hours later, they sold the car out from under us. #typical #carsalesmensuck #sonicautomative
Worst place to deal with, do yourself a favor and don’t shop with them or sonic automotive. They are just thieves
