I visited this dealership today 5/2. I already knew what we were looking to buy. Talked to a salesman. He showed the truck, went inside dealership set down told him what we were offering. Told him my time was important and for him to check with his manager and call me back. Well never heard a thing. Guess they didn’t want my business. Mac Haik tomorrow. Looking to buy.
I had a wonderful experience today! Worked with Dietrich Pinnock. He made sure to get us the best deal and a good quality truck!
They need to show respect to there customer. Answer phone or altleast when a message is left return a phone call. Baytown Ford does not have a GM to talk to. They told me they had to take off part of my lift on my 2017 f-150 to remove my oil pan, they did not touch it. I got charged $257 of labor for an oil leak that was under warranty. They said they had to remove part of my life, not true. I took my truck to the lift installer and they said lift was not touched, no marks on nuts and bolts. Don't use Baytown Ford.

Dawn in service was awesome. Made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my truck. Never avoided my questions and was very helpful. I will definitely be back when I need other repairs.
