RecommendedGot a new 2019 F-150. The salesmen Sam was very nice and not pushy at all. We also spoke to Lee who is very professional and knowledgeable. We got the best deal around on our new truck and we will now be Baytown Ford buyers for life!

I purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer from Baytown Ford in May. I have been very pleased with everyone there from the sales department to the service department. They have been wonderful to work with!
Apparently appointment times for service cannot be adhered to. At this point, I still feel I’m not dealing with an honest service department.
This place will take a 35,000 dollar truck at best put 4,000 in a cheap lift kit wheels and tires and jack the price up to 62,000 dollars and what’s worse is people buy this crap
