Bought a truck there said they will replace the windshield because it was cracked and they never did. The manager said well it’s been a month so can’t do anything about it, when they told me when we did paper work it’s order we will call you when it arrives never did

Better Customer Service. I know word of mouth will not make you bankrupt. Just knowing my money will not go towards anyone's paycheck is fine with me. If you ask why someone chose to purchase at another place and it has nothing to do with money and everything to do with service AND you are OK with that, then there is a problem? Customer Service doesn't cost your company money. it is a soft cost it is SERVICE not a commodity. So to put so little concern in it shows true character. 2nd vehicle that I have traveled from Shreveport, LA to purchase at this dealership. Both times I was taken serious over the phone and given proper trade in estimates site unseen. Large inventory organized by color with variety of trims including many performance vehicles. Kelton Rembert earned himself a Christmas card this year for working with me on the phone and securing a great deal that almost got away it was so good. Give him a call and put him to work!
First time here, Received a much better impression of the place than we thought we would. The Sales Person Lauren was very helpful and worked with us. I am very pleased so far with the Dealership.
