I've never felt so disrespected in my life. I've been talking to a really nice guy that works there that was not working tonight so I had to deal with somebody else, he was a complete jerk. He didn't want to come off the sticker price at all and was upset that I wouldn't agree to that price. He talked over me, I couldn't get a word in. Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced. No communication, can’t give you a straight forward answer, don’t keep track of their records, and definitely don’t trust the quality of their work. “Fixed” my engine not even a year ago and having the same problem now they don’t know what’s wrong with it this time. Just a big run around here at Baytown Ford.
they suck, radiator needs replacement , got 200 miles down road toward home, found a coolant leak. Baytown Ford i bought it as is. they are a dealership, and most people would expect that these types of costly repairs would have been done before purchase.
