We just moved here in August and had been using another Ford dealership for our car service. The customer service at the other dealership was non existent. I decided to try out Baytown Ford which is a 30 minute drive from my home. I will never go anywhere else. Customer service was top notch as soon as I walked in the door. My appointment was for a 30k service and wasn’t scheduled until the next morning. They had my car completed the night before. Pricing was fair and they didn’t try and sell me things I didn’t need. Left Mac Haik Pasadena after being mistreated and them almost blowing my engine for not tightening my oil filter to a great place. Thanks so much Baytown Ford. It’s nice having a good dealership again to service my vehicle and someone I can trust.

Last week I called and made an appointment with the service dept. to have my door handle fixed. I take my car up there at the appointed time on Thurs, tried to ask my service advisor the approximate time frame and he proceeds to say he will text me when they look at my truck and decide on the repair. Ok cool. Three hours later and crickets. I text using the number that is dedicated to my service asking if there was any update and nothing. In 3 & 1/2 hours I drove away in a new F-150 King Ranch. I’ve used the service department over the years with no problems. So far... the dealership has delivered with sales & service.

i was sold a 2015 ford escape. 2 weeks later cv joints pop check engine light comes on. im told by Chris a service manager that it was a recall that i could be fixed. bring back in 30 days to get it fixed along with the CV joints. OK COOL. when i take my car they tell me its not a recall and want me to pay because it is not covered. After they said it was a recall part which ford doea not charge to fix. so now Joe Rosado stated they would fix it at no cost to me because of all the headaches going back and forth with them. i ... read more

The service department did a great job in fixing a problem that occurred with the screen going blank on the radio/backup camera/sync. They handled the problem with excellent customer service. Its great to know that we have a service department that we can trust.

Kelton was my salesman ... he was awesome ! Very helpful and nice even with all my questions . I purchased a used car that did not get the expected gas mileage I thought it would... and driving at least 120 miles a day ... this was a big problem for me. I had it for about a week and half and told him the gas was expensive and asked it I could trade it for a different car... he said yes without any questions and next day I traded it for one with better gas mileage. I know most places would not do this. Most used cars are sold... read more
