Overall, I had a positive experience with the service department. Unfortunately, I had a major repair involving an engine block replacement on my 5.0, but the team handled it with urgency and kept communication consistent throughout the process, which made a big difference. I especially want to recognize Julie for her support and reassurance. She made sure everything moved as smoothly as possible and kept me informed along the way. That level of communication and follow-through really stood out.
I had a recommended brake service performed. After the job was performed, I experienced a noise when braking. It was explained to me that it could be several issues that was not due to the service performed. But the service manager offered to do what was necessary to correct the issue.
My salesman was Sal he was amazing .Everyone that worked there was so nice and the finance guy was great .My purchase went smooth and quick . I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a car or truck
Went with my brother shopping around for a truck and after getting to Ford and talking to Joey we ended the searching and bought it on the spot, he made the process extremely quick and easy, and what surprised me even more was the customer service after the purchase, he called us about getting the windshield replaced in no time and picked up every call we ever made about anything, after buying over 5 cars in 5 different places I can say I'm coming back to Baytown Ford everytime i need another deal.
