***FALSE ADVERTISING*** Saw a used truck that was listed online for $23,797 (Had a lift, Wheels/Tires, leather seats). Got to the dealership and test drove the truck. Told the sales person that I needed to make some calls and I would be back. Left made some calls and talk with my wife. When I arrived back I talked to the sales rep and he asked me what my plan was. RecommendedHad an excellent service experience today. Dropped my F150 off this morning. All service completed and one recall corrected. The interior was sanitized. Even though the appointment I had made on online was not showing in their system, my appointment time was honored. The honored by Ford PASS health care worker free oil change and deducted from my overall bill. All employees masked and hand sanitizer was available. Clear communication.Dawn is my go-to Service writer. Top notch.

My last 2 Fords have had the “clear coat” on the wheels delaminate. Service Department has seen this several times. Ford will not do anything about it because warranty is 3 years / 36,000 miles and it occurs after 4 years. I have bought my last Ford!

I needed the airbag recall to be done and they came and did it in my driveway. it only took about 10 minutes. I was very impressed.

Had an excellent service experience today. Dropped my F150 off this morning. All work was well taken care of. The price was less than expected and the truck was washed! They recommended some service items but didn’t hard sell the work. Happy customer here. Dawn is my go-to Service writer. Top notch.

We were buying a used ford Raptor 2014 it has a bad transition we were willing to pay the advertised price but they wanted to add the 2000 dollar repair to the advertised price. So they told us to go float a boat.That is just wrong so be ware of their lack of honesty.
I arrived at 3:10pm, I didn't receive any help till 3:30ish for an old change and new brakes. I was originally told I would be fine but that changed at 4:45pm. They told me it was too late. The only brake person they have is leaving for the day

I take my SUV for safety recall after take my truck out the dealer 4 miles away my wheels come completely out so scary I call back the dealer to get explanations. Really is so unacceptable and unsafe for service department let the wheel lose they no follow proper procedures Please take you car to any other dealer for service
