Do yourself a favor and do not ever. NEVER EVER take your vehicle to Baytown Ford. After the truck was in their service area for over 2 months to get one thing fixed, which they did but now the air conditioner and the radio doesnt work. Good job Baytown Ford! A 75 year old man trusted you and you took advantage of him. My Grandfather's truck was in the service area for over 2 months. The workers never, not once called me back. I see all these 5 star ratings... Almost all of them are from the sales department. Of course they will be nice to you there they want your money. When it comes to actual work they are far from exceptionally service. They told me once price and charged another.
