I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape in Feb of this year and I honestly can't express how pleased I am with the service I have received from the folks here at Baytown Ford. From the start of the purchase to the small issues I have had with the car, the people there have been extremely helpful and friendly. I even got a tour of the newer and remodeled facility from one the salesmen there while I waited for my car to get an oil change

I've seen used car dealership better than them , sell car's not try getting in our old lady's panties , trust me I'll be the one making the payment
This place is a joke spent 4 days going back and forth with them over and over again i had a trade in worth 6,500 more then the vehicle i was looking for had everything ready and on my way to do finale paper work i get a text telling me there gm will not allow the deal to go through im willing to take a loss so i can have a vehicle i need for my growing family and just wasted my time stay clear of these guys total waste of time
