Alvin Johnson went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted and needed after my truck got flooded in Dickinson. Baytown Ford had also gotten storm damage but it didn't stop them for long. Went back today for my plates and window tint and again got red carpet treatment.

After having a previous issue, I'm very happy to say that they made it right. Although it took longer than what I thought, the issue with my Sync module in my 2017 Expedition has been fixed, and it works just as it should. The staff is friendly, and I would return to Baytown Ford for my needs with my Expedition.
EXTREMELY UPSET WITH BAYTOWN FORD. I have been trying to get a hold of a financing manager all morning and haven't been able to get through to anyone and no one has returned my calls. Also haven't had any good customer service with the very few people I have spoken with. Just upsetting how everyone was so nice and willing to jump through hoops for me when trying to close a sale but now I can't even get someone to call me back regarding any concerns and questions I have.
There were ok but you have to tell what oil you want or they will sell you over priced synthic oil service mgt. to grumpy.
Fuck Baytown ford! Shitty owner and shitty sales manager!
