In my opinion.....the service dept. Is the shining star of this dealership. If ever I've had an issue with one of my vehicles, the service dept. Goes the extra mile to make it right. Experienced, knowledgeable personnel is the the key and the friendly atmosphere is the "ace in the hole." Keep up the good work guys.

We had a great experience with Johnny Luna. I would highly recommend asking for him. The buying experience was straight forward and at no time did I feel like we were getting the runaround. They made good on their promise to beat any dealer's advertised price by $500.

IF YOU DON'T HAVE GREAT CREDIT, DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. THEY'RE ONLY INTERESTED IN EASY SALES! ONCE THEY SEND YOUR DEAL TO FINANCE COMPANIES THEY'RE DONE. THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE IF YOU NEED THE VEHICLE, THEY DON'T NEED THE SALE. THEY DAMN SURE WON'T WORK FOR IT.
Just bought a Ford F-150 last weekend. Wife gets a new vehicle almost yearly so we knew what to expect. We dealt with Wes (newbie) and Gelmer. Overall happy with the experience. Their prices are ridiculously low so expect the usually car dealership shenanigans to try to make up some of that money. They get 5 stars because I feel like I got a pretty good deal even though I had to make some concessions. Do your research and be ready to compromise some and you'll have a good experience here.
Was there to buy a Ford f250 and while we were negotiating or trying to they sold it. So we looked at the Ford F-350 and it was a complete run around with the financing. Not a very good experience from beginning to end. Already found somewhere else with a much better interest rate!! Don't feel like they tried to get us the best deal on the financing!!
