The service department is a rip off. I had my truck serviced there yesterday and it was very expensive like $125.00 more expensive than anywhere else what a joke.
I am very happy with the car we purchased. Gelmer was great and so was the finance manager. We will be back when my husband needs a new vehicle. Thank you so much!
When I bought the car from Baytown Ford it was a wonderful experience and everyone was super nice When it comes to service even a simple inspection or warranty work it is a nightmare and I have never been so frustrated
They give you the runaround when it's time to use the warranty. The guys at the shop are rude and don't want to make your experience any smoother
