I went to Baytown Ford to purchase tires today and they openly and admittedly discriminated against me because I'm a woman. I feel so sorry for the service manager because as his boss Ashley explained they are not allowed to do anything when their employees behave that way. I guess if you are a woman you should go somewhere else to buy tires or cars.
Baytown Ford surpassed excellence in helping me with the purchase of my 2013 f150 stx. The staff at all points was great. Thanks to Jeremy, Frank, and Kenny, for helping find the right truck, and thanks to Andrea in the finance. She was fast, informative, and very friendly. This is the dealer I look forward to doing business with from this day forward. Thanks guys!

I come to the service department because I know it's always done right. No one knows my truck better than them but goodness! 2 hours of just sitting there....no one came to keep me updated on how much longer it would take or at least let me know that they were going to be working on the cars that set appointments. If they would've told me that from the beginning....I wouldn't have waited. In the end....my truck was never touched. Just sat there. I def won't be going back. Worst customer service EVER.
