We were on our way to buc-ees when my cars engine light came on...normally we go to kinsel in Beaumont but I didn't want to risk doing any harm to my car. So, we drove in and they came out, i told the guy what was going on and we were in and out in about 30 min! Turns out my car needed an oil and air filter change! Thank You Baytown Ford!!
What horrible sale men you have parking in a handecap zone at the Bucky's across the street...I will never buy a car from y'all!!!
It's Thursday and these guys won't have my 2015 mustang ready until Tuesday of next week and refuse to give me a rental car to get to school. Very dissatisfied.
The service dept for this dealership is the worse I have ever dealt with First of all Ford creates this horrible transmission involving combining two standards i nto a automatic????Crazy....... Then you have this dealership to go to for service.... what a mistake. They tell you that it will take two weeks just to look at the car and diagnose the problem, (which means no rental car until this is done) so you are without transportation...
