Baytown Ford has horrible customer service. I have real concerns about the manner in which my husband and I were treated as well as issues with my extended warranty. I asked to speak to the general manager and he wasn't even man enough to come and speak to us about our issues. He sent the cashier to give us a message. How cowardly and ridiculous.
