My car has been in the service department for over 2 weeks for transmission problems and has not yet been looked at. The last time it was there was 6 months ago for transmission issues as well. It took a 3 and a half weeks plus multiple phone calls and in person visits to get my car back. This time it’s been over 2 weeks and they won’t even return my calls. service department is a rip off. did not fix problem and charged outrageous price.
I have had nothing but great service from Baytown Ford, they see my truck at least once per month for oil change and service and always on top of things. I bring them some donuts and show that i care about them as much as they care about me and my experience at Baytown Ford.

Needed air in my tires and Jesus got it done in no time!
I brought my truck in on July 2 and they were not able to tell me what was wrong with my truck until I got the service manager involved on Friday July 13th. Then they told me what was wrong and said they had to then order parts, which took three additional days. They said that the transmission shop was backed up, but had they checked it out when I brought it in they could of had they parts ordered and waiting thus saving me the three days we are waiting on parts.
