I've been a customer here for over 10 years, about the life of my black cat shadow and now my Boston Terrier Milo. Staff was always professional. I love the info posters about pet health.
Two years ago I was recommended To Bay Cities by a friend and since then I have recommended them to my neighbors who also have received excellent care and have thanked me for the recommendation.
It's nice and clean very decent place. Staff is very friendly even the doctor she is nice. Trimmed my pets nails for free. Good price and well treated.
GREAT VET! I made an appointment and started going and have always found them to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to coerce you into expensive procedures, as our last vet did. They make their recommendation and then let YOU decide, without heaping guilt on if you don't take the advice. I have been going there for YEARS and have always had great service. Check it out for yourself!
I am the type of person who is very picky; I actually complain about every thing or will tell a business off in their face, if I do not like their customer service. I have never had this with BAY Cities. I even used to live in Foster City. I couldn?t find a vet I liked, although I would break my pockets. When I moved back to the east bay, I was very pleased with their honesty. I have found a cat that ended up having cancer. My family and I have been coming here for at least 15 years and had the doctor and staff care for at least 10 of our pets. We have always been treated respectfully and never felt like the doctor was just trying to get money out of us. The prices are competitive, the staff is great and the doctor is practically family. We always recommend this place and despite the reviews, would still highly recommend it.
I have been going to Bay Cities with my dog for the last 11 years...I always forget the doctors name but she is the most wonderful vet I have ever had. The doctor knows I will love my dog (who past April 24, 2013) and she could get me to run as many test as she would recommend...but thats why I trust her so much is because I freak out and want to run test that she says are not needed. I have been taking my two Pitbulls, cat & a stray Chihuahua to Bay Cities in Hayward for over a year now, and I have always had a good experience!
I've been taking my animals to Bay Cities for over 13yrs and I've had great service there. Bobby the Tech has been very professional and Very personable and caring for all my animals. I moved out of the Bay Area a couple of years ago and I still haven't found an Animal Hospital like Bay Cities.
