They are the best, very caring and they don't push unnecessary test on you and they are very reasonable in there prices. My dog Cloie a Scottie needed a teeth cleaning and some teeth pulled they found seven, her breath is sweet again.

My family has come to Bay Cities for the past 15-20 years, way back when they were located in Oakland. We've come to know the staff personally and have always had a great relationship. I recent got a new puppy over the Thanksgiving weekend. Knowing what a good owner would do, took him here for his first wellness exam and shots. He just completed his 3rd set of shots this morning and is awaiting his 4month birthday for his rabies and other "stuff." Me and my pup LOVE Bay Cities. When we walk in, they know us by name. It's sometimes the simple things that mean so much. They are all personable and attentive to both me and my pooch. And my pup doesn't try to scramble to get away, like he has at other vets. Whenever I have an issue, they are very accommodating with the scheduling, even if I need to see them quickly.

I have been going to this pet hospit al for years now i found it after i had a bad experience with a couple other Vets. i have been treated great!! They're fair and thuro, also give you options that may be affordable to you and are open late.

For all those that know me and to those that don't, know this...I LOVE MY DUMMIES (aka doggies)!!! This love affair started out when my boyfriend bought me Atlas, our 1st Boston Terrier...and now, we have 3 plus Pommie, our Pomeranian! All are very well cared for when we bring them in for their shots & vet appointments. My brother and I have been taking our dogs that we've had over the years to bay cities animal hospital in hayward ca and we still do.... And, if that doesn't say alot about how we feel about them then hear this.... Today I took my dog into bay cities for an emergency wound she aquired while running around at my brothers ranch, and it turns out I didn't have enough money to make full payment, and they let me slide.... GREAT VET! I made an appointment and started going and have always found them to be courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. They don't try to coerce you into expensive procedures, as our last vet did. They make their recommendation and then let YOU decide, without heaping guilt on if you don't take the advice. I have been going there for YEARS and have always had great service. Check it out for yourself!
